Another Riesling with the same alcohol content? From the same vineyard? Picked the same day? Yes! We split 1 ton of grapes and treated them differently. This lot was foot treaded and left on the skins for 9 days with once daily punch downs. This wine has a savory aroma with more tannin on the palate (a drying effect), peach cobbler notes as well as basil, dried apricot, and a lovely salinity that adds to the body. This would pair amazingly well with spicy pad Thai, pho, Korean BBQ, and cured meats and cheeses à la charcuterie plates.
