Our 2023 Chardonnay Pétillant-Naturel wine from Cebada Canyon is disgorged of sediment for your convenience, although some may still settle in the bottle. She has a lightly floral nose with pear, lemon curd, green apple, and a hint of brioche on the palate. This bottle will not explode when opened. You're welcome. Chill thoroughly upright before serving. Wildly Drinkable!
