Carbonic Grenache this beautiful fruit was gently placed in a big tank and sparged of oxygen with CO2 for anaerobic intracellular fermentation. Enjoy this wine now slightly chilled. Tasting notes of cranberry, and black cherry with crisp acidity. Wildly drinkable!
