Hand picked in the early morning, we de-stemmed and direct pressed the grapes which gives that lovely pink salmon color. This beautiful fruit kicked off native fermentation naturally. Aged in stainless steel for 5 months. Notes of fresh strawberry, raspberry, watermelon and medium acidity and body make this wine interesting and a perfect warm weather sipper! Wildly drinkable!
